1. Eligibility. The Paris Hilton Mother's Day Giveaway 2026 (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry or the age of majority in their state of residence. Employees, officers, and directors of 11:11 Media LLC, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter. Entries submitted by individuals who are not eligible under these Official Rules, including non‑U.S. residents, are void and will not be considered.

2. Sponsor. The Giveaway is sponsored by 11:11 Media LLC ("Sponsor"). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any questions or comments regarding this Giveaway should be directed to the Sponsor, not to any social media platform.

3. Giveaway Period.  The Giveaway begins on April 28, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter. During the Giveaway Period, visit www.shop.parishilton.com and submit your first name and valid email address using the pop-up entry form. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to subscribe to the Paris Hilton / 11:11 Media email newsletter. Existing subscribers may enter through the designated existing subscriber entry path on the landing page.

Entry via Meta paid promotion: Users who submit their email address directly via a Meta lead-generation ad during the Giveaway Period will also be entered. The same eligibility rules and entry limits apply.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Giveaway Period, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limit are prohibited and will be void. Entries generated by script, macro, automated means, or other mechanical or artificial methods, or by using multiple email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations, or logins in an attempt to circumvent the entry limit, are prohibited and will be void.

Sponsors’ and its vendors’ computers and systems are the official time‑keeping devices for the Giveaway and the official record of receipt of entries. Proof of submitting an entry (including, without limitation, a screenshot or confirmation message) does not constitute proof of receipt or acceptance of such entry by Sponsor.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the total prize: $472.18. Prize is non-transferable and no cash or prize substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize becomes unavailable. All expenses and costs associated with acceptance and use of the prize that are not expressly listed as being provided by Sponsor are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 (or other applicable tax form) to the winner for the approximate retail value of the prize and may require completion of an IRS Form W‑9 as a condition of prize award.

6. Winner Selection. One (1) winner will be selected on or around May 12, 2026 by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Verification. The potential winner will be notified by email using the address provided at entry on or around May 12, 2026. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. As a condition of awarding the prize, Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and/or a liability and publicity release (where permitted by law). If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, fails to timely complete, sign and return and required documents, is found to be ineligible, or cannot be contacted, the potential winner will be disqualified and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure of email delivery, including due to invalid email addresses, spam filters, or entrants’ failure to monitor their email accounts. Sponsor may, but is not obligated to, make more than one attempt to contact a potential winner.

8. Conditions of Participation. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in a disruptive manner or provides false, fraudulent, or misleading information in connection with this Giveaway.

9. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, image, biographical information and entry for: (a) advertising and promotional purposes related to Sponsor’s brands, products and services; and (b) administering and promoting the Giveaway in perpetuity in any media worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

10. Privacy. Personal information collected through this Giveaway will be used by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://parishilton.com/privacy-policy/. By entering, participants consent to receive email communications from Sponsor or its affiliates. Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the links provided in those emails. Unsubscribing from marketing communications after entry will not affect your eligibility for the Giveaway or your chances of winning.

11. Limitation of Liability. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention; errors in the administration of the Giveaway; or any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused by participating in the Giveaway.

12. Disputes. Except where prohibited by law, all disputes, claims or causes of action arising out of or related to this Giveaway or any prize shall be resolved individually and exclusively by binding arbitration.  Disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or related to this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action or representative action, and shall be submitted to confidential, binding arbitration pursuant to the auspices of JAMS in JAMS’ Los Angeles, California office. This Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The arbitrator(s) shall have the authority to award injunctive relief as appropriate, and any arbitration award may be enforced in any court having appropriate jurisdiction. To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, the parties waive any right to trial by jury with respect to any dispute arising out of or relating to this Giveaway or these Official Rules.  All parties agree that disputes may only be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, multi-party, or representative action or proceeding.

13. General. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Void where prohibited. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
